Job Summary
Observe load hookup and verify safety of load before lifting; operate crane controls to regulate speed and direction of crane and hoist movement according to written, verbal, or signal instructions; clean and maintain crane and hoisting mechanisms; inspect cranes for defective parts and report issues or malfunctions to supervisor; attach loads to hooks or other crane accessories prior to operation; ensure compliance with all site safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of industrial crane experience.
- Crane operator certification: NCCCO TLL and TSS or NCCER Equivalent (Required).
- Valid driver’s license (Required).
- Experience with Fixed Cab Cranes (e.g., Broderson, Grove, Dresser, Gallon).
- Experience with Swing Cab Cranes (e.g., Tadano, Terex, Grove) up to 165 Ton.
