Job Summary
Aid in aligning, leveling, and assembling/disassembling cranes under supervision while attaching load lifting devices safely. Control load movements using taglines and signaling, and assist the crane operator in attaching, lifting, and moving loads. Maintain positive attitude with customers and ensure site cleanliness and housekeeping. Wear required personal protective equipment and follow direction from supervision and the crane operator. This role requires a valid driver's license, basic mechanical skills, and knowledge of crane rigging considerations including hitches, shackles, and load angles. Candidates must pass a DOT physical, drug and alcohol screen, and a seven-year background check. The position operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, requiring a flexible schedule and ability to travel and work all days and times.
Required Qualifications
