Job Summary
Troubleshoot, repair, and inspect overhead bridge cranes and hoists while performing scheduled maintenance and inspections. Build customer confidence by providing timely responses, informing clients of problems and solutions, and completing jobs efficiently. Interface with customers and internal staff on repair and safety issues. Requires advanced electrical and troubleshooting skills, two or more years of similar equipment experience, and willingness to travel, work indoors and outdoors, and work at heights. Valid driver's license and clean background required.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced electrical and troubleshooting skills (controls and wiring)
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and inspecting similar types of equipment
- Ability to work alone and within a team
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and problem solve
- Willingness to travel around the state and out-of-town when required
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors
- Cannot be afraid of heights
- Clean driving record
- Valid DL
- Clean background and drug screenings
Desired Qualifications
- Industrial Maintenance Technician with some experience working on overhead cranes
