Job Summary
Quote rental rates, establish customer relationships, and conduct site visits to existing and potential clients. Identify customer needs by matching available crane and rigging products, then prepare quotations and assist with technical advice on lift solutions. Overcome objections through cross-selling while maintaining a high level of customer service during interactions. Liaise between customers and the company to address concerns and make reservation changes. Prioritize daily tasks including job planning meetings and regular job site visits to demonstrate capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' prior experience in Sales
- Knowledge of the construction / crane equipment
- Strong planning and problem solving and negotiation abilities
