Job Summary
Conduct multi-trade repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects for residential and commercial clients throughout the St Pete area. Execute carpentry, tiling, painting, drywalling, and light plumbing and electrical tasks while providing quality craftsmanship and customer service. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, utilizing excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients, employees, and management. Perform minor electrical and plumbing work, troubleshooting analytical problems, and display strong work ethic. Own a standard set of tools and hold a valid driver's license.

- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
