Job Summary
Perform all job functions within the assigned final line area and assist with operator training. Support troubleshooting and repairs to ensure smooth production flow and adherence to safety and quality standards. Rotate across responsibilities as needed. This role offers a starting pay of $20.50 per hour with automatic increases at 90 days and 6 months, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid in two installments. The 1st Shift schedule runs Monday through Thursday from 6am to 3:30pm, and Friday from 6am to 10am, with overtime available on Fridays.
