Craftsman/Woodworker needed for a Springville, Utah shop to craft high-end, one-of-a-kind pieces. Responsibilities include cabinet making, finishing carpentry, and furniture building with mastery of hand tools; contribute to a quality-driven workflow and collaborate with a team to raise craftsmanship standards. The role emphasizes hands-on, real-world experience, a learner’s mindset, cross-training across tasks, and a four-shift schedule (four 10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday) for year-round indoor work.
