Job Summary
Oversee and optimize the woodworking department, leading a skilled team of craftsmen to produce cabinets and furniture with high quality and efficiency. Drive strategic direction, implement process improvements, manage budgets, ensure regulatory and quality standards, and coordinate cross-functional projects. Serve as the point of contact for high-profile customers, manage project timelines, explore technology integrations to enhance productivity, and support continuous skill development within the team.
Required Qualifications
- 6 – 8 years of woodworking experience with leadership and managerial responsibilities
- Team management and leadership experience
- Ability to pass a background check post offer acceptance
