Job Summary
Experienced Craftsman/Carpenter needed to perform advanced carpentry and home improvement projects, including installing and repairing doors, trim, cabinetry, flooring, decks, and other residential features; drywall repair and finishing; bathroom updates and accessibility modifications; and general home repair and maintenance. Must work independently in occupied homes, pass a background check, have a valid driver's license, provide own professional-grade tools, and deliver professional service. Full-time, Monday-Friday in Clayton, NC, with opportunities to contribute to building a growing franchise and enjoy performance-based bonuses and strong office support.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of paid carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction experience
- Strong finish carpentry skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Extensive knowledge of residential construction methods and repair techniques
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Comfortable working in occupied homes, including homes of seniors and vulnerable adults
- Must provide and maintain professional-grade tools
