Job Summary
Oversee Craftmate production line operations, managing can filling and palletizing equipment setup, operation, and maintenance to ensure efficient filling, secure stacking, and consistent quality standards. Lead troubleshooting efforts for equipment malfunctions, coordinate routine maintenance and cleaning per TPM schedules, and enforce rigorous safety protocols across wet end, dry end, and batching processes. Mentor team members on operational procedures, conduct quality control checks, and maintain detailed documentation for regulatory compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, reduce waste, and align production schedules with operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one year of related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience in a production environment
- strong leadership and coordination abilities
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, TPM, OSHA safety training)
- A commitment to safety, housekeeping, and preventative maintenance practices
- flexibility to work different shifts when required
- Familiarity with CIP (Clean-in-Place) processes
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines in a food and beverage production environment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting aptitude or experience
