Required Qualifications
- Journeyman certificate or postsecondary diploma / degree in a related discipline preferred
- 3 years of progressive recruitment experience in the construction or a related industry preferred
- Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruitment process
- Intermediate knowledge of the local and regional apprenticeship and labor programs
- Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential information
- Seen as a trusted advisor with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
