Job Summary
Craftsmen will perform duties including the removal, fitting, and application of insulation materials, alongside general site work such as loading and unloading equipment. Tasks involve heavy lifting, set up of ladders and scaffolding, clean-up of work areas, and operating various tools and machines. Candidates are expected to work unsupervised and communicate with the Field Foreman regarding job site issues, ensuring work continuity in the Foreman's absence. Adherence to safety policies and programs is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to kneel, squat, and climb.
- Must be able to perform required duties for extended periods of time inside confined spaces, often with breathing equipment required.
- Must be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time.
