Job Summary
Bartender at the Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection in Point Clear, AL. Responsible for beverage preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to recipe and presentation standards, engaging guests, and maintaining an organized, well-stocked bar. Duties include customer engagement, inventory and supply management, staying informed about daily specials, highlighting offerings, and ensuring cleanliness, safety, and ABC-compliant alcohol service.
