Job Summary
Craft Beverage Field Sales Specialist to own and grow Cavalier Distributing Florida's sales territory. Build and nurture relationships with retail partners, execute merchandising/restocking, close sales with store decision-makers, and drive growth by upselling and maintaining compelling displays. Conduct tastings and provide product knowledge training; ensure proper pricing, signage, and effective use of POS materials. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years in account sales/merchandising/retail sales (experience in craft beer a plus), valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to manage a territory independently. Location: Jupiter, FL; remote work not indicated.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in account sales management, merchandising, retail sales, or similar consumer-packaged goods experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record
