Crack Sealing & Seal Coating Technician

Clean and prepare asphalt surfaces using blowers, power brooms, and pressure washers. Operate hot rubber crack sealing equipment to apply sealant, then mix, apply, and squeegee or spray asphalt seal coat. Protect surrounding areas from overspray, maintain clean job sites, and perform traffic control and safety setup. Load and unload materials, assist with daily equipment inspections, and work as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
