Job Summary
Lead and supervise a team of Clinical Research Associates to ensure compliant monitoring of clinical trials per ICH-GCP; drive process improvements, oversee training, coordinate with project teams to ensure timely study execution, monitor data quality through regular site and stakeholder communications, and contribute to strategic planning to optimize clinical operations and resource management.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in clinical research in a managerial or supervisory role overseeing CRAs
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulations
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluency in English and French is highly desirable
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field preferred
