CRA II - SR CRA Brazil

Senior CRA II – Brazil role at Syneos Health responsible for site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (performed on-site or remotely) while ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and GPP compliance. Requires knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, ability to review source documents and CRFs, perform query resolution, manage IP inventory and ensure data integrity, with travel up to 75% and potential liaison with sponsor and study sites. Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field (or equivalent) and strong communication, documentation, and regulatory aptitude are required. Role includes training junior staff, participating in investigator meetings, and contributing to audit readiness and trial logistics in a global real-world late-phase or multicountry context.
