Job Summary
Clinical Research Associate II or Senior CRA (Home-based in the U.S.). Conducts site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits; ensures protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety; collaborates with investigators and site staff; performs data review and resolves queries; contributes to study documentation including protocols and clinical study reports. Requires at least a bachelor’s degree in a scientific/health field, 1 year independent monitoring for CRA II, 3 years for Senior CRA, strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and ICH-GCP, travel up to 60%, and ability to work both independently and in a team. Remote work from the U.S. is supported; travel may be international/domestic.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health-related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year independent monitoring for CRA II
- Minimum of 3 years independent monitoring for Senior CRA
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel at least 60% (international and domestic) with valid driver’s license
