Job Summary
CQI Registered Practical Nurse to conduct quality improvement audits of the Medication Management System in Long Term Care and Retirement Homes, collaborating with the Clinical Consultant Pharmacist, communicating audit results to clients, and developing action plans for improvement and compliance. Provide educational support to Unregulated Care Providers in RH facilities; travel within Ontario to various locations is required.
