CQC Consultant - Mock Inspector

Job Summary
Perform mock inspections, compliance audits, and quality reviews to help health and social care providers across the UK achieve and maintain CQC compliance and outstanding care standards in Care Homes, Domiciliary Care, and Mental Health Services. Provide practical guidance, identify compliance gaps, and develop clear improvement plans. Requires strong knowledge of CQC regulations, experience in relevant care sectors, and excellent report-writing and communication skills. Flexible working arrangements are available.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, quality statements, and inspection frameworks
- Experience within Care Homes, Domiciliary Care, and Mental Health Services
- Ability to identify compliance gaps and produce clear improvement plans
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Previous CQC Inspector or Registered Manager experience highly desirable
Additional Requirements
- Residents within the Red or Amber list of the Code of practice for the international recruitment of health and social care personnel in England, WHO Workforce Support and Safeguard List
