Job Summary
CQ Specialist DC PL responsible for distribution center quality compliance, maintaining and improving quality processes, ensuring regulatory and internal standards adherence, supporting audits and CAPA, documenting procedures/work instructions/records, and collaborating with DC Operations, Supply Chain, and QARA to drive continuous improvement. The role contributes to product quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance within DePuy Synthes supply chain operations. Experience range typically 0–2 years in quality, compliance, or regulated operations; requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and proficiency in English and Polish.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience in quality, compliance, or regulated operations (entry-level)
- Basic knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and regulated environments (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare)
- Experience with documentation control, data review, and record management
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, international teams
- Language proficiency in English and Polish for documentation and stakeholder communication
