Job Summary
Operate CPT, MIP, HPT, and UVOST systems while performing equipment setup, calibration, maintenance, and minor repairs. Conduct pre-trip inspections, establish control zones, and collect field data with accuracy. Follow all company and site-specific safety policies, including rigorous DOT regulations and random drug/alcohol testing. Prepare, set up, and break down drilling sites, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, lifting 30+ pounds and enduring long periods of standing. Requires extensive travel and daily overtime up to 12 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Class A or B driver's license
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 30+ pounds throughout the day
- Ability to pass a yearly physical
- Ability to pass random drug/alcohol tests
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years environmental drilling experience
- Experience with MIP (Membrane Interface Probe) systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to withstand long periods of standing
- Ability to maneuver in small areas
- Ability to wear protective and safety equipment such as safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and hard hats
- Ability to work daily and weekly overtime doing physical labor
- Ability to perform physical labor, shoveling, drilling debris, and transporting materials using ergonomically correct lifting techniques
