Job Summary
Conduct cold and warm B2B calls to introduce the Toronto-based metal manufacturing company, identify interest, and schedule qualified meetings with prospects in automotive, heavy equipment, and industrial sectors. Manage lead records in Excel, track call outcomes, and follow up consistently with unresponsive prospects. Support outbound email campaigns using Brevo and Instantly, while utilizing Apollo.io for contact research and organizing relevant B2B leads. Maintain a professional phone presence and handle objections confidently during engagements. This part-time role begins at 12.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM EST, with potential growth toward full-time based on performance. Candidates must have prior cold calling or appointment-setting experience and demonstrate strong English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Previous cold calling, warm calling, or appointment-setting experience
- Strong spoken and written English communication
- Demonstrated reliability and interest in long-term employment
- ACCENT PREFERENCE: Level A-B (Native or Near-Native English Accent Required)

- Persistent without being overly aggressive
- Organized with strong lead-management habits
- Jovial, energetic, and professional on the phone
- Comfortable working independently and meeting activity expectations
