Job Summary
Conduct product research and sourcing for Walmart, eBay, and Temu, evaluating profitability, competition, and supplier viability to present recommendations for client approval. Manage day-to-day Walmart ecommerce operations by creating and optimizing product listings, ensuring accurate details, and resolving operational issues. Coordinate logistics and fulfillment by arranging shipments to warehouse centers, tracking deliveries, and maintaining records of inventory and orders. Monitor ongoing tasks, identify operational gaps, and communicate updates to the client while establishing efficient workflows from the ground up.
Required Qualifications
- 1–4+ years of relevant ecommerce experience preferred
- Hands-on experience managing ecommerce operations
- Strong understanding of Walmart Marketplace
- Experience with product research and sourcing
- Experience coordinating purchasing and supplier communications
- Understanding of ecommerce logistics, shipping, and fulfillment
- Experience creating and managing ecommerce product listings
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proactive problem-solver who can take ownership of day-to-day operations

- Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
- Daily Working Time: 6:00 PM–10:00 PM Eastern Time

Desired Qualifications
- 1–4+ years of relevant ecommerce experience preferred
- The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the full ecommerce workflow, from product research and sourcing through purchasing, listing, shipping, and logistics coordination
- This person should be proactive, organized, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of ecommerce operations while keeping the client informed and obtaining approval for key decisions
- The VA will therefore have an opportunity to help build and manage the ecommerce process from the ground up
- 1–4+ years of relevant ecommerce experience preferred
