Job Summary
Research trending products for Amazon and dropshipping channels, vet suppliers, and calculate profit margins. Create and optimize product listings with accurate titles, bullet points, and SEO keywords. Process daily customer orders, manage supplier communications, and handle return requests. Monitor store performance metrics, assist with PPC tracking, and provide weekly sales reports. This role supports clients in developed markets including the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting Amazon stores (Seller Central) and dropshipping models
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Time-management skills
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Reliable computer setup
- Near Native English accent
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with product research and e-commerce tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or store management platforms)
- Experience as a Junior to Senior level candidate
