Job Summary
Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok platforms. Build and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and automated lead nurturing workflows to generate mortgage and real estate leads. Set up email and text marketing campaigns while monitoring performance metrics to improve conversion rates. Integrate marketing efforts with CRM systems and collaborate on strategies aligned with business goals. Operate independently under a 20-hour weekly contract with weekly payments, supported by free training and a vibrant community.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, or lead generation
- Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience building landing pages and sales funnels
- Experience with CRM integrations and marketing automation
- Understanding of lead nurturing and customer journey strategies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects independently
- Level A–B (Native or Near-Native English Proficiency)
- English
