Job Summary
Build and organize online courses within Circle.so by creating modules, uploading videos and worksheets, and configuring member permissions to ensure a clean, user-friendly learning experience. Proofread course pages for formatting consistency and test video playback, downloads, and navigation to identify and resolve broken links before launch. Assist with basic Squarespace and ConvertKit integrations, maintain hyperlinks between the website and email system, and organize digital assets with version control. Support community management within Circle.so, assist with virtual event setup, and help moderate live sessions as the business expands. Create professional slide decks from client-provided educational materials to reduce administrative workload.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience building or managing courses in Circle.so
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience uploading and organizing digital learning content
- Experience embedding videos, PDFs, worksheets, and presentation files
- Experience creating professional presentation decks from client-provided educational materials
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
- Direct experience working within Circle.so
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable following established processes independently
- Reliable communicator who proactively provides project updates
- Able to manage multiple content assets simultaneously
- English
- Level A-B accent

- Experience with online course platforms such as Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, or Mighty Networks
- Squarespace experience
