Job Summary
Process SBA, SBA Express, working capital, business lines of credit, business credit cards, and equipment financing applications by collecting borrower documentation, verifying accuracy, and preparing complete loan files for lender submission. Coordinate with funding partners to track milestones, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure compliance throughout the application lifecycle. Maintain accurate processing records, organize borrower files, and generate pipeline tracking reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Recommend operational improvements to establish repeatable workflows and automate administrative tasks to support scalability. Assist leadership with workflow management and operational reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience processing SBA and SBA Express loans
- Experience processing working capital loans
- Experience processing business lines of credit
- Experience working with commercial lending, business funding, or business finance companies
- Strong understanding of lender documentation requirements
- Familiarity with multiple commercial funding products and underwriting documentation
- Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Previous business lending or commercial funding industry experience
- Strong understanding of commercial loan processing and business funding products
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Process-minded with a focus on operational efficiency
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- English
- Level A-C accent
