Job Summary
Harbor seeks a full-time CPST/TBS Provider to deliver professional care to children and youth with serious emotional disturbances and adults with severe mental illnesses. Responsibilities include developing Individualized Service Plans, providing therapeutic interventions, crisis prevention, and facilitating communication with families and community resources. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, proficiency in Microsoft Word, and complete necessary certifications. A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record are required, along with basic competency training to be completed within 90 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- or High School Diploma + 3 years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Completion of required training within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrated basic competencies within 90 days of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Completion of 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course (for specialized programs)
- Completion of State of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant certification (for specialized programs)
- CPR/First Aid and NCI/CPI Certifications
Additional Requirements
- Non-licensed staff must complete 20 hours of CEUs every 24 months
