Job Summary

Manage comprehensive prenatal services by conducting initial, trimester, and post-partum assessments, coordinating family planning orientations, and facilitating referrals for nutrition and pediatric care. Implement program goals in collaboration with medical providers and the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. Maintain program logs, statistics, and documentation for internal review and external reporting, participating in continuous quality improvement plans. Represent the clinic at designated meetings and support team members in delivering culturally competent care. Requires a high school diploma, CPHW certification, bilingual skills preferred, and a valid driver's license. Full-time Monday through Friday with occasional overtime.

  • Knowledge of CPSP programs
  • Knowledge of Family PACT programs
  • Knowledge of CHDP programs
  • Knowledge of budget and grant management
  • Knowledge of program evaluation methods
  • Ability to be a team player
  • Ability to relate and communicate well to all cultural and ethnic groups in the community
  • Valid California Driver License
  • Automobile insurance coverage
  • Reliable automobile for use on the job
  • Subject to a criminal background check prior to employment
