Job Summary
Senior CPSO/ CSSO responsible for day-to-day security management for a SCI Facility in a contractor environment in Beavercreek, OH. Lead and implement DoD security programs and requirements across Physical, Technical, Personnel, Cyber, and Operational disciplines; develop and administer security education training for SCI; manage DD254s, personnel clearances, and government security inspections/audits; maintain physical security of classified areas and SCIFs/SAPFs (including TEMPEST) and ensure compliance with NISPOM, ICDs, and related directives; coordinate with security staff, engineers, and government customers to strengthen security posture.
Required Qualifications
- Top Secret SCI eligibility clearance
- 5+ years of senior experience as a CSSO and CPSO with DoD, IC and USG agencies
- Onsite position
- Experience as Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) and Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) per DoDM 5105.21 volumes 1-3
- Working knowledge of NISPOM 32 CFR Part 117 and Intelligence Community Directives
- Working knowledge of security databases including DISS, NISS, e-QUIP, SWFT
- Knowledge of Closed Area Standards and ICD 705
- Ability to generate and implement security plans for secure areas (SOP, OPSEC)
- Experience with construction of, obtaining accreditation of, and management of SCIFs/SAPFs and their requirements (including TEMPEST) for various government agencies
- Develop and administer security education training for SCI
- Review and track DD254s and generate subcontractor DD254s as needed
- Initiate and manage personnel clearance lifecycle
- Prepare and complete security inspections/audits by government customers
- Ensure physical security of classified areas including semi-annual maintenance of alarm systems meeting UL2050 certification
