CPS SG Project/Process Engineer

Job Summary
Lead, coordinate, and implement CAPEX investments, equipment installations, and process improvement projects for the CPS Singapore Plant, including hands-on site acceptance tests, commissioning, and performance reviews. Review and improve manufacturing processes to ensure effective execution, while troubleshooting technical problems across all work centers and facilities. Recommend, innovate, and implement revised methods to drive efficiency and productivity through continuous improvement initiatives and SPC monitoring. Provide engineering support to all other plant functions and manage projects with multiple stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering with 5+ years in project execution and validation. Full-time role based in Tuas, Singapore with 0-25% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship
- Bachelor's degrees in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Food Science or related field
- 5+ years' experience in project execution, equipment installation commissioning and validation
- Experience in a manufacturing industry
- Demonstrate experience of delivering enhancements to systems
- Project management skills including planning and organizing
- Influencing skills
- Ability to identify problems, root cause and preventative measures
- Strong knowledge of PIDs, pipefitting, electrical, controls, pumps, mixers, compressors, welding, general building repair
- Willingness to take ownership in maintaining facilities
- Pride in results of work

- Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload
