Job Summary
Lead a team of Community Support Specialists and Family Support Providers delivering behavioral health services to children with serious emotional disorders. Provide clinical supervision, oversee assessment and service planning to ensure family-centered, culturally responsive, and goal-oriented care. Guide development of individualized wellness and safety plans, support onboarding and ongoing clinical skill development, monitor service delivery for quality and compliance, coordinate with families, schools, and external providers, and lead crisis planning efforts. Driving is an essential function of the position. Requires Bachelor’s degree in a human service-related field; Master’s preferred. If Master’s not obtained, must be a Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) or have Bachelor’s degree plus three years of relevant experience. Must have a valid driver’s license and agency-required automobile coverage. IND2
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a human service-related field required
- Master’s degree in a human service-related field preferred
- If no relevant Master’s degree is obtained, must be a Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) as defined in 9 CSR 10-7.140 (2) (RR) or must have a Bachelor’s degree, plus three (3) years of experience providing community support services to individuals with mental illness or substance use disorders in accordance with the community support key service functions. Experience must be with the same population they will serve as a supervisor.
