Job Summary
Engage with customers to assess device needs and resolve equipment issues by repairing phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics. Stay current on new industry technology while selling accessories, device care, and smart watches. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. As the face of CPR Cell Phone Repair, you deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales in a team focused on solving tough electronic challenges.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Face-to-face customer service experience
- Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics
- Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Sales experience is a big plus
- Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications)
