Job Summary

Teach American Heart Association and ASHI standardized CPR and First Aid classes to staff and community participants. Uphold the YMCA mission by completing required classes, maintaining certifications, and documenting all paperwork per AHA, ASHI, and YMCA standards. Lead instruction sessions while using proper decontamination procedures for equipment and attending mandatory staff meetings and trainings. Maintain certifications and prepare for all assigned classes with punctuality. This role supports the Aquatics team's goal of providing lifesaving skills for daily job duties within the YMCA of Greater Louisville.
