Job Summary
Engage with customers to assess device needs and resolve equipment issues by repairing phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics. Stay current on newly released and upcoming technology in the industry. Deliver outstanding service while selling accessories, device care, and smartwatches. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Face-to-face customer service experience
- Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics
- Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, laptops, gaming systems, and other electronic devices
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Sales experience is a big plus
- Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications)
