Job Summary
CPR Cell Phone Repair Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing a range of consumer electronics (phones, tablets, laptops, game consoles) while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include assessing customer device needs, resolving equipment issues through repair, staying current with new technology, and promoting accessories and device care. Ideal candidates have face-to-face customer service experience, knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems, and the ability to troubleshoot electronics. Strong communication and teamwork skills are required, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Sales experience is a plus and wireless repair certifications are a bonus. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Face-to-face customer service experience
- Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics
- Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products
- Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, laptops, gaming systems, and other electronic devices
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications)
