CPM

Role: CPM responsible for managing the development of VECV’s Exports platforms for LMD, HD trucks & buses across targeted countries. Key duties include project classification, budgeting, and scheduling for the annual business plan; developing business cases with financials (NPV, IRR, payback), investment and resource planning, and volume projections. Drive flawless product launches meeting quality, delivery, cost and feature targets; lead a cross-functional team through Rnd30 following established processes; present progress via weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports to Steering Committee and Executive Management; perform risk assessment and mitigation planning for critical activities; ensure preparedness for gate audits (Rnd30) and maintain related documentation; manage and develop the team and coordinate with functions and customers to deliver requirements. Locations include Pithampur, India (on-site).
