Job Summary
Organize and direct all construction-related activities to ensure projects meet design, budget, and schedule requirements while maintaining quality standards. Review, evaluate, and track schedule progress, RFIs, submittals, change orders, payment applications, quality assurance, safety, and document control via Procore. Plan, coordinate, and supervise company and contracted personnel, monitor budgets and cost reports weekly, and act as the primary client contact for field activities. Maintain official project logs, assist with safety program implementation, oversee environmental compliance, and manage subcontractor safety, cost, and quality. Perform preliminary engineering for cost estimates and negotiate change orders and contracts. Coordinate with plant operations for design reviews, tie-ins, and commissioning, and manage outside engineering consultants for detailed engineering and equipment procurement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent project-related work experience
- Must be a good team player and work collaboratively with different stakeholders and Veolia team members
- In-depth knowledge and experience with all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); company policies, procedures and standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills required
- Preliminary engineering to develop project cost estimates
- Excellent written and oral communications

- Project Management of design/build projects
- Construction Management
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, or crouch and enter confined spaces
- Must be able to use ladders or stairs
- Must have close vision
