Job Summary
Conduct new model tooling introductions, process investigations, and strategy improvements while performing online tooling performance studies and collecting torque data. Report findings to Nissan Engineering and provide weekly summaries of completed evaluations to the customer. Assist in tooling performance investigations to develop countermeasures, maintain evaluation records, and serve as a backup for Quality and Calibration Technicians. Communicate with management and staff regarding quality actions, maintain safety and customer service standards, and train others. Requires a QC/QA background, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service
- Must demonstrate self-motivation, initiative, honesty, integrity and attention to detail
- Must be able to learn basic electrical and mechanical concepts
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- QC/QA background preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
