Job Summary
Create, update, and maintain product, supplier, customer, and pricing records within the company's ERP system. Review and cleanse data to identify errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies while monitoring compliance with data-entry standards. Prepare reports on data quality, completeness, and accuracy, and investigate and resolve master-data issues within established timelines. Support ERP upgrades, system enhancements, and user-acceptance testing, and develop procedures and user guides for master-data processes. Train and support employees on data-entry requirements and best practices. Collaborate with IT and other departments to improve data quality and operational efficiency. This six-month temporary contract supports efficient operations across Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Finance, and other key business functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- At least three years' experience in data management, business analysis or a similar role
- Practical experience working with an ERP system
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- High level of confidentiality and respect for data security
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Access or another data-analysis tool
- Experience in a distribution, retail or supply-chain environment
