Job Summary
Develop and execute a comprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with business objectives, defining vision, objectives, and priorities for the product line. Lead, plan, and coordinate day-to-day activities of operating personnel to meet customer schedules while managing contracts, vendors, project costs, and resource allocation across multiple locations. Provide strong relationships with key stakeholders including executives, customers, and industry vendors, and oversee the discovery and mitigation of operational risks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Manage the operating groups' O&M budget and expenditures while maintaining transparent communication to exceed customer expectations. Participate in strategic and business planning initiatives to drive innovation and growth within the power generation and oil and gas industries.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products in the Power Generation or Oil and Gas Industries
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving innovation and growth within a product portfolio
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, engineering, technical, and sales, to drive portfolio initiatives forward
- Strong Product Portfolio leadership and team management skills, with the ability to support and influence others to achieve results
- HS diploma or GED
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the role
- Must be able to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time or until the end of the assigned shift
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs. safely and properly, as needed throughout the assigned shift with or without assistance
- Must be able to bend/stoop, squat, reach above shoulder height, crouch, balance, and push/pull
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Turbine operations is preferred
- Bachelors degree preferred
