Job Summary
Executive Recruiter [CPG focus] responsible for full-desk recruitment, sourcing and identifying clients, and building relationships to fulfill leadership-role searches. Balance sales with recruitment, collaborate with clients and practice leads to define talent needs, proactively source qualified executive candidates, conduct in-depth interviews, provide detailed candidate write-ups and insights, and manage offer negotiations while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards. Stay informed on market dynamics and recruitment best practices; support practice operations with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in executive recruitment
- experience in CPG industries
- proven track record of managing complex executive search projects
- strong sales, networking, and talent acquisition skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in recruitment platforms/tools (e.g., Crelate, HireEZ, Microsoft 365, ZoomInfo)
