Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of community associations by partnering with Boards to guide operations, lead meetings, and deliver monthly reports. Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs, investigate incidents, and support insurance claims while overseeing vendors and capital improvement projects. Address resident concerns, enforce community rules, and handle urgent emergencies with clear, direct communication. Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, invoice approvals, and architectural requests. This portfolio role requires periodic travel to communities, an average 45-hour workweek, and flexibility for evening or weekend meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 3+ years of property management or related experience
- Experience working with Boards, clients, or stakeholders in a professional setting
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once
- Proven ability to take ownership and follow through without constant oversight
- Strong communication skills — clear, direct, and professional
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to stay on track in a fast-paced environment
- Travel to communities as needed (typically periodic rather than daily)
- Occasional evenings and weekends
