CPD Technician

Prepare surgical instrument trays and assemble routine and specialty supplies. Clean medical devices and demonstrate proper sterilization techniques to ensure sterility prior to surgery. Maintain instruments based on recommended practices, monitor sterilization parameters, and document that all loads meet quality standards. Inspect trays for completeness, replace materials as needed, and report shortages or repair issues to management. Maintain cleanliness of soiled, clean, and sterile storage areas while practicing infection control techniques.
