CPAP Supervisor

Job Summary
Translate CPAP settings templates prescribed by practitioners, pick, set, and ship CPAP and BiPAP devices, and oversee prescriptions to verify accuracy. Define labor for volume necessities, relay information to the CPAP Program Supervisor, and update SOPs relating to CPAP procedures. Provide direct and indirect supervision of employees, including completing annual reviews, weekly timecards, and time off requests. Maintain a clear, organized work environment by cleaning and organizing tools, equipment, and materials. Follow strict confidentiality and HIPAA privacy guidelines while operating warehouse machinery. Work full-time, Monday-Friday, 1st shift (6am-2:30pm) onsite at the Phoenix, AZ warehouse with flexible availability for early starts or late finishes as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to lift 5 lbs. to 15 lbs. at time
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility 50% of the workday
- Operation of warehouse machinery and equipment
- Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision and peripheral vision
- Must comply with continuing education per Company, regulatory, and contractual requirements
- Flexible availability to come in early and/or stay late as needed to provide adequate support to the business

- Equivalent professional experience preferred
