Job Summary
The CPA Associate Program, Finance & Accounting is a 30-month rotational program in Toronto designed to develop future finance leaders pursuing the CPA designation. You will support financial planning, forecasting, and performance management; analyze financial and operational data to identify trends; apply structured problem-solving to aid decision-making; provide data-driven insights to partners and leadership; contribute to finance evolution through process and reporting improvements, and assist with finance systems and data initiatives. The program offers rotational exposure across Finance functions, CPA designation support, mentorship, and opportunities for performance feedback and development.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing CPA designation (CPA Ontario) or admission requirements as part of CPA program
- Undergraduate degree and impending graduationSpring 2027
- Interest in finance and accounting with emphasis on analytical thinking, accuracy, and problem-solving
- Willingness to participate in a 30-month rotational program across Finance functions
- Experience with data analysis and ability to communicate insights
