CP Case Management Assistant

Job Summary
Conduct all steps of the Case Management process for assigned vulnerable children (especially UASC/CAAFAG) and their families in mobile centers and camps on the West Coast of Yemen, including documentation, assessments, action plans, direct service provision, referrals, and follow-up; identify and support children harmed or at risk of harm; collaborate with other case workers and service providers on caseload management and referrals; participate in weekly/activity reporting; maintain coordination with the Child Protection team and field partners; ensure adherence to case management principles and safeguarding standards, and engage in capacity-building and safeguarding activities.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Technical diploma or degree in social work, human rights, or related field preferred
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience implementing child protection programs, preferably social work, or case management in humanitarian or development settings
- Skills: Proven understanding of working with Adolescents and vulnerable children; Arabic proficiency; English an advantage
