Job Summary
Monitor automatic cooking and crystallization operations, operate sugar centrifuges, and manage steam and water valves while monitoring vacuum levels. Observe sucrose crystallization through industrial control center data, track laboratory analysis results against established parameters, and perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance during harvest and off-season periods. Execute all tasks adhering to safety, health, environmental, and ethical standards. Requires high school diploma, prior experience in sugar manufacturing, and knowledge of sugar cooking operations. Residency in Terra Rica, PR is mandatory. Join a family-owned Brazilian company with 62 years of market presence as the largest sugar exporter in the region, producing VHP, ethanol, and bioelectricity.
