Job Summary
Chief Engineer for the Coyote CUAS development within Raytheon’s Land and Air Defense Systems. Responsible for driving design development execution, maintaining the Technical Baseline and execution strategy, coordinating technical reviews, and managing day-to-day engineering execution. Directly interfaces with the U.S. Government customer, mentors engineers, and collaborates with PMO and stakeholders to package deliverables and support customer meetings. Includes travel to other Raytheon and customer locations (up to 25%), and onsite勤務 in Tucson, AZ, with production and qualification activities extending toward production transition and LRIP support.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility
- Experience in radar digital exciter systems development and test
- Experience with risk and opportunity management and mitigation/capture
- Experience balancing program technical, cost, and schedule priorities
- Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and international)
